What We Do
Explore
At Way Finders, our goal is to guide the 9th & 10th grade students to understand and identify the most suitable stream post 10th grade. In order to get them their best -fit stream selection we conduct 3 one on one sessions with the student and the parent post the Psychometric test which will help us to understand them better on the basis of their Aptitude, Personality and Interest (API) This will help the student to make informed decisions, selection of appropriate curriculum, stream, subject choices and future plans.
Guidance
For our 11th & 12th Graders, post the Psychometric test and during the 3 one on one sessions with our Senior Counselor, Ms. Manisha Sanas, who will guide the student to make a roadmap to apply for the competitive exams and choice of colleges. Guidance can also extend for change of course for UG, if the student shows aspirations for learning a different course. This will be evaluated by our senior Counselor, Ms. Manisha Sanas and after intense probing and discussions with the student & parent, unbiased suggestions would be given for the UG program.
Mentoring
A year- long one on one of 4 sessions with our Senior Mentor - Ms. Manisha Sanas, who will hand hold the student to clarify doubts and get answers to any of your questions related to careers, colleges, courses, subject choices, curriculum etc.

We will help the student to plan, execute and monitor the progress of all the critical areas that colleges look at.
