We help students in understanding their career paths, choosing suitable industries for themselves, probing into their Aptitude, Personality and Interest, identifying their personal factor which can influence them towards a particular career choice. We offer comprehensive solutions from career exploration to study abroad program which opens out a world of options to our youth.

MANISHA SANAS
Founder, Way Finder
Manisha Sanas is the founder of Way Finders Career Coaching & Mentoring. She is a Trained and Certified Career Counselor as well as a Behavioural and Emotional Coach and a Mentor. She is passionate about guiding students to find their Ikigai.
She has more than 2 decades of experience in the Education industry. Graduated from Mumbai University, she holds a Diploma in Behavioural Counselling, is a certified Career Counselor from iDream Career and is also a Certified Emotional Intelligence Specialist.
Manisha started her career in the Banking Sector and expanded into multiple other roles working as Business Development Manager, Sales Support and Marketing. She then moved to being the Manager Admissions and Chief Counsellor for an MBA college affiliated to the University of Wales, England. Her passion for Counselling and wanting to guide the youth, made her decide to give her full time to Career Counselling.
Today, apart from her Career Counselling and Mentoring, Manisha is also a Volunteer Behavioural & Emotional Coach at a School for the Visually Impaired. The above pursuits and passions gives her a distinctive perspective of the many possible career options which helps her to empathise, connect and guide the student in the right direction.
